Do I have a grace period on payments?

As we are based in the Netherlands we are bound to local consumer law which gives any consumer a 14 days grace period on any purchase, as our product is a prepaid online service and you are charged for its usage we require that you give up your 14 day grace period for any amount of balance you spent, remaining balance can be refunded within 14 days of the top-up. You can request this through our contact form.

This 14 day grace period does not apply to businesses, though we have friendly policies in regards to customer statisfaction, refunds for businesses are at our discretion.
